Online Returning Policy
All items on this website can be returned for a full refund. If you change your mind at the last minute you can always cancel your order and get a full refund but please make sure you contact us at redwaypaymentcenter@gmail.com or call us at (989 513 3285). All cash will be refunded by card used for transaction. We please ask you to contact us before we ship the product, If you don't you may have to return your product at one of our locations or contact us after you received your product. If your item already shipping and you wan to return it you have to pay for the shipping! If you have any other questions please visit our help center here.
Red Tag Treats Returning Policy
Most of Red Tag Treats products can be returned for a full refund. We only give a full refund if your product is damaged or rotten. We do not accept clearance food products. Red Tag Treats will give you 30% of your cash back for custom made treats (something special (Names, special designs, etc). As for regular products we will give you back 50% of the product because we will not be able to resell the product. If you have any questions please email redtagtreats@gmail.com. Returning a Clearance Product
Redway does accept clearance returns. If you choose to return a clearance product we will only refund you with the current price of that product. If we don't have that product anymore we will have to give you the lowest refund for that product.
Returning a Clearance Holiday Product
You can return a clearance holiday product but you will only have one week to return that product. After the sale reaches 75% off we will no longer accept holiday returns and you have to keep that product. If you have any questions please let us know! Thank you for shopping with us!
Refunding Policy
Refunds will be issued back into your PayPal account or back into the card you purchased your item on. You can return any item with our online helping services or you can visit on of our locations. If you would like to return something with our online helping services you will have to pay for shipping to return your product. Redway only gives a 50% refund if you return a body pillow or anything else large (this does not include blankets). If you have any questions please visit our help center for more help.
Returning A Redway Rewards Plus+ Membership
Redway Rewards Plus+ memberships can be canceled at anytime for a chance for a full refund. To return a rewards membership you will need to contact our office at redwayrewardsplus@gmail.com or by calling us at (989) 513 3285. We will be able to help you from there.

How To Get A Refund After Using More Then One Payment Option
Redway does offer split pay but when you purchase a product with split pay you can only get refunded in one way. You will get refunded in cash. The rest of the return should be normal as usual. Redway Cares Refunding Policy
Redway Cares donations cannot be refunded after donating. If you made a donation by mistake please contact us at redwaycares@gmail.com and we will do our very best to return your cash. Refund may result in a Redway gift card instead of actual cash. If you would like to return something from our donation shop please follow our returning policy above. Getting a Refund From Redway Repair
Redway has many different services and one of our services is Redway Repair. If our repairing services does not meet your needs you can always contact Redway offices at redwaybrands@gmail.com and request a refund. Some refunds may be rejected. Sending Back a returned Item
After you have notified us at redwaypaymentcenter@gmail.com we will send you your return label. We will not refund the item if the product is not shipped. For items that don't have to be shipped back is yours to keep. Once the label is at your house all you have to do is repackage the item and send it to your local USPS, UPS, or DHL office.
