Customizing a product is easy! All you have to do is...

1. Find a product that you would like to buy 
2. Visit our "Fabric Options" page and pick up to two fabrics for your item (That requires it) 
3. Email redwaybrands@gmail.com and tell us the fabric ID number (looks like this: ID#*****) 
4. We will make sure that your item is done and ready to go. 

If you would just like a solid color please just email us. We do not have fleece on our fabric option page so please just tell us your color(s) or design you want and we will do the best we can. 

Have a different design in mind?

Please let us know and we will try our very best with our designing studio and other small businesses to make your product perfect. Prices may vary. 

That's It! We will make your product so it is perfect for you! 

Putting your PayPal information in or putting in your credit card may be weird for first time shopping with us. Now you can purchase any of our products using our online ordering form. Here is the steps....

1. Go to the "Order Help" page and click the PDF document named "Online Ordering Form" 
2. Fill out the following information (Name, shipping address, payment option, etc.) 
3. Highlight the products you want and how many you want of that product and put in the designing information. 
4. (Optional) Fill out the ordering receipt on the last page. We will be happy to fill it out for you. 
5. If you have any special request please type it one the very last empty page. 
6. Email your document to redwaybrands@gmail.com and we will send you a notification email saying that we got your order.

Redway is always trying to make sure that the customer feels great about purchasing a Redway product. We accept all major credit cards/debit card (Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express) . We also accept PayPal which runs our payment system so you know that we get none of your information and it is safe with PayPal. We also accept Venmo, Cash App, Google Pay, and Zelle (with membership) with our online ordering form. If you would like to pay another way please contact us now! Thank you for shopping with us! 

Since our payment system is ran with PayPal there is not exact time when the money will leave your account. Redway usually has to make the product first then ship it out. Once it is it at your doorstep or mailbox then we get paid. If we take too long to confirm your order (usually one month after transaction) the money gets refunded to the customer (you) . Redway is always trying to make the customers life easier with easy shipping. Redway ships all of their merchandise with USPS (United States Postal Service). When Redway ships your item you will receive an email similar to this one...

*If you would like to track your package yourself you can always contact us and request a tracking number. We ship our products with USPS (United Sates Postal Service).

Redway is always trying to save the customer even more money. That is why Redway makes so many coupons. All you have to do is....

1. Find your item and when you send us your design for your product(s) you can apply the coupon code and we will send you a refund in the amount we owe you. That's It!

How Does Online Sales Work? 

Redway is always doing online and in stand sales. For online sales everything is already discounted if the item is not discounted the item is most likely not part of the sale.
